Meet Ely Gronstein
GSD Houses is run by Ely (Eliyahou) Gronstein, a full-time real estate investor. Ely launched the business in 2022 and has since completed more than 30 deals with New Jersey homeowners.
Ely grew up in a family of eleven, which taught him early on how much a home matters and how stressful it can be when a house becomes a burden instead of a place to live. Today he’s recently married and still based in the Toms River area. When he isn’t looking at houses, you’ll probably find him playing guitar or working on his voice lessons.
